What you will do

• Own the end-to-end transition of enterprise customers from deal close through to production.
• Define and document security architecture, API integrations, and system setups.
• Steer complex integrations involving core banking, custody, tokenization, and Travel Rule compliance.
• Codify reusable reference architectures and integration playbooks to scale delivery.
• Act as a technical bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers.
• Support strategic pre-sales cycles through technical discovery and solution design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise or financial services environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or enterprise financial systems.
• Strong background in IT security and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on software development experience and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Pre-sales exposure such as solution architecture or RFP support.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
