Staff Solutions Architect (Banking)

Location: Remote within the United States; must reside in Dallas, Texas. Travel expected at 25–50%.

Salary: $168,000–$210,000 per year, plus $72,000–$90,000 commission and equity.

What you will do

• Evaluate prospects’ and customers’ applications for fit with hirify.global’s platform and cloud service.
• Explain hirify.global’s technical benefits, limitations, application patterns, and platform architectures.
• Position hirify.global against competing technologies and support adoption and expansion in production environments.
• Partner with Account Executives on account plans, new opportunities, expansion opportunities, scoping, sizing, and technical fit.
• Manage relationships with technical decision-makers and advise them on effectively using hirify.global.
• Create reusable technical assets, reference architectures, playbooks, and demonstrations for other Solutions Architects.

Requirements

• Reside in Dallas, Texas, United States.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, from staff-level engineering whiteboards and platform-team enablement sessions to VP/CTO narratives.
• Deep understanding of distributed-system technologies, design principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in building application prototypes and providing design, development, build, and deployment guidance using one or more of Java, Golang, Python, C#, TypeScript, Ruby, or Rust.
• Strong understanding of production operational considerations, including security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations.
• Ability to provide architectural advice on application patterns and platform architectures.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with commonly used application-development and production services.
• Ability to act as a strategic technical advisor to Sales Account Executives on opportunity scoping, sizing, technical fit, and challenges.
