What you will do

• Own visual output across brand, campaigns, web, and social from concept to shipped asset.
• Translate complex financial infrastructure and products into intuitive visual representations.
• Establish and maintain a consistent, recognizable visual system as the company scales.
• Prepare high-impact visuals for Web3 conferences, whitepapers, and blog graphics.
• Optimize designs for Web3 wallets, mobile apps, and animated formats.
• Produce motion and 3D work for product explainers, launch films, and conference presence.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, Canada, Dubai, London, Portugal, or Switzerland
• Proven experience in crypto or fintech domains.
• Previous in-house experience at an early-stage company.
• Genuine strength in 3D or motion design.
• Ability to drive projects independently and make decisions when briefs are ambiguous.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of shipped work created under time pressure.
