What you will do

• Own features end-to-end from design and implementation to rollout and iteration.
• Develop new products including Guardener, hardened Github Actions, and hirify.global Agent Skills.
• Extend agentic AI foundations into customer-facing product experiences across the full suite.
• Collaborate with Product and Experience teams to prioritize trade-offs and ship iteratively.
• Drive architectural decisions and promote a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, containers, and artifact registries.
• Proven experience building and securing CI/CD systems.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or strong readiness to ramp up quickly.
• Experience with AI tooling and enthusiasm for applying it to complex problems.
• Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Europe.
