What you will do

• Lead the creative direction and execution of large-scale immersive experiences across all Sphere canvases and digital media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate innovative integrated marketing platforms and strategic brand partnerships.
• Manage branded content production from ideation to deliverables, ensuring technical feasibility and budget continuity.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of designers and art directors to develop industry-leading concepts.
• Present compelling concepts and strategic business cases to internal stakeholders and external corporate clients.
• Champion design excellence and steward the creative integrity of all brand and partner projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a creative studio developing experiential concepts across digital and physical platforms.
• Proven track record in large-scale experiential activations, live events, and immersive technology.
• Advanced proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, After Effects, and/or 3D software).
• Strong written communication and presentation copywriting skills.
• Must be based in Burbank, CA (Onsite).
• Ability to travel occasionally to Las Vegas.
