What you will do

• Define and champion design vision and strategy across products, brands, and customer experiences.

• Establish design systems, frameworks, and processes to improve operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 6+ years of experience in senior design leadership roles (e.g., Chief Design Officer, VP of Design, Head of Product/Brand Design).
• Proven track record of scaling design teams and leading creative organizations.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and transform vision into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive teams.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and customer-focused methodologies.
