What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery projects for financial institutions, including platform setup and technical implementation.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering departments.
• Perform blockchain forensics, wallet screening, and crypto due diligence to support compliance and onboarding.
• Contribute to commercial activities, including sales RFPs and operational strategy.
• Design operating models and workflows for tokenization and custody platforms.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Technology.
• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or project management within financial services/fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital asset ecosystems.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
