What you will do

• Monitor and manage Slack channels and Jira ticket queues for prompt end-user resolution.
• Perform user administration including onboarding and offboarding in Google Workspace and Okta.
• Troubleshoot corporate VPN connectivity and monitor endpoint security alerts via SentinelOne.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and FAQs in Confluence.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues and identify recurring problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Columbia, MO.
• Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support or IT help-desk roles.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Okta administration.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and endpoint security tools like SentinelOne.

Nice to have

• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for administrative automation.
• Knowledge of SOC2 compliance and IT security best practices.
• Experience with Zoom, Microsoft 365, and SSO authentication.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Okta Certified Professional.
