Salary: $84,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Conduct literature reviews across education, developmental psychology, and neuroscience to inform product development.
• Perform exploratory research, concept testing, and prototype evaluations to identify emerging student and educator needs.
• Design and manage research plans, including the development of surveys and focus group protocols.
• Execute descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to generate insights for product improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Innovation Teams, including product managers and instructional designers, to validate assumptions.
• Prepare research reports, data visualizations, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program evaluation involving K-12 schools or related product research.
• Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Research Methods, or a related field.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA.
• Experience working with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and preparing ethical research documentation.
• Proficiency with statistical and qualitative software such as SPSS, R, or NVivo.
• Strong knowledge of descriptive and inferential analysis techniques.
