What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts, mentoring teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, including planning, installation, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms in large enterprise environments.
• Develop custom scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate CrowdStrike tools into existing customer infrastructure and support incident response and compromise assessment teams.
• Utilize AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in end-user/customer environments.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms and basic software deployment technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying solutions to complex technical problems.
• Must be a US-based candidate.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDR/AV solutions, specifically the Falcon platform.
• Knowledge of deployment tools like SCCM, Group Policy, Puppet, Chef, or BigFix.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Batch.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, LogScale) and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, and HIPAA.
