DBA (Oracle): Operation, maintenance, and modernization of Oracle database environments for a business-critical financial sector project with an accent on high availability and disaster recovery. Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk / Gdynia / Łódź / Warszawa (2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000 - 1300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Administer and support Oracle Database environments (12c-19c) across pre-production, DR, and production.
• Manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Fast-Start Failover (FSFO) configurations.
• Perform database patching, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Execute and validate switchover, failover, and disaster recovery tests.
• Support Oracle GoldenGate and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams within incident and change management processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience administering Oracle Database 12c–19c.
• Strong practical experience with Oracle RAC (ASM) in production environments.
• Deep expertise with Oracle Data Guard and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with Linux administration in enterprise environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
