What you will do

• Define the roadmap and strategy for ERP, BPMS, data warehouses, and related business applications aligned with company objectives.
• Drive automation and process optimization to deliver measurable time and cost savings.
• Lead integration and data architecture work (ETL/ELT, data warehouse modeling, analytical data stores) while ensuring master data quality and consistency.
• Own enterprise application budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX) including licensing and external consultancy services.
• Establish SLA/KPI governance for availability, response times, data quality, and user satisfaction; implement data security, roles/permissions, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of ~20 professionals, coordinating with business units and external vendors to deliver systems adoption and outcomes (ROI, time-to-value, reduced manual errors).

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience with ERP/BPMS/Data Warehouse systems (or related areas), including several years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading a team of around 20 people or larger cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational change management experience, including driving systems adoption across business units.
• Practical experience with system integration (API, middleware).
• Fluent English.
• Relocation is required and work is in-office in Warsaw, Poland (hybrid/full-time capacity).
