What you will do

• Perform visual and dimensional checks on materials, assemblies, and finished products.
• Inspect and test components to validate conformance to blueprints and customer instructions.
• Execute pressure tests based on specific PSI and time limits to ensure quality standards.
• Manage the connection and removal of work pieces within pressure test tanks.
• Monitor tests for bubble formation, seepage, or water droplets to identify defects.
• Operate tank interlocks and safety mechanisms to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to train on 1st Shift before transitioning to the 2nd Shift schedule.
• Strict adherence to attendance and punctuality requirements.
