Salary: $22.21 - $24.42 per hour

What you will do

• Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support overall patient care.
• Conduct home visits to take vitals, gather member information, and answer patient questions.
• Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
• Manage and coordinate patient documentation through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain necessary medical supplies and support outreach efforts to schedule visits.
• Drive independently or with the provider to member residences.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Physical ability to walk up 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs of equipment.
