What you will do

• Operate manual machine shop equipment, including knee mills, lathes, surface grinders, drill presses, and saws.
• Read blueprints or use samples to fabricate necessary parts.
• Utilize hoists, Morrison key seaters, and forklifts for material handling and part production.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to support equipment and production processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience with lathes, mills, grinders, and general metalworking processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.
• Must provide own tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice to have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
