Location: Hybrid in Arlington, VA (in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly)

Salary: $124,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions using React, GraphQL, and Java/Kotlin for borrowing products.
• Participate in brainstorming, technical design, and grooming of the next generation of lending services.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality software.
• Build and operate end-to-end systems to support the full product lifecycle from origination to repayment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of professional software development experience building and operating end-to-end systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React and a backend language (Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Go, or Python).
• Experience with distributed, large-scale systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Arlington, VA hub.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, lending, or payments.
