What you will do

• Lead DeFi portfolio strategy and identify high-yield opportunities.
• Shape and develop the firm's on-chain investment products.
• Manage crypto portfolios and implement sophisticated trading strategies.
• Identify and evaluate new DeFi protocols and digital asset market opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in crypto markets.
• Proven track record of managing successful crypto portfolios.
• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and digital asset markets.
• Experience working with hedge funds, crypto funds, or investment management firms.
• Must be based in the US (EST preferred)

Nice to have

• Experience in yield generation and optimization.
• Experience working on staking products.
• Prior product management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the stablecoin ecosystem.
