What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical resource for SFCC SFRA storefronts, establishing coding patterns and reviewing architectural approaches.
• Translate architectural decisions into implementable plans in collaboration with the platform architect.
• Mentor developers of all levels through code reviews, pairing, and hands-on guidance.
• Own the team's Git branching strategy, release process, and evolve CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability.
• Develop full-stack features, ranging from SFRA controllers to React frontend components.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) development with deep SFRA experience.
• Proficiency across the full application stack, including React, TypeScript, and SFRA backend.
• Strong working knowledge of Business Manager, ISML, job scheduling, and controllers.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and growing development teams.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Zeeland, MI.

Nice to have

• Exposure to headless/composable commerce patterns (SCAPI, Next.js, Storefront Next).
• Experience with modern test automation tools like Playwright, Jest, or Vitest.
• Familiarity with agentic development optimization, specifically with Claude.
• Salesforce B2C Commerce certifications.
