What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade cloud-native software solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead architectural decision-making and contribute to technical design specifications.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity and software quality.
• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs, user interfaces, and background processing systems.
• Own the full SDLC, including incident response, observability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce technical debt and ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Extensive experience with React and modern front-end web technologies.
• Proven experience developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering practices and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Service Bus, event-driven architectures, or real-time communications (SignalR).
• Experience implementing observability solutions (OpenTelemetry, New Relic, Splunk).
• Background in regulated or compliance-sensitive financial environments.
• Microsoft Azure certifications.
