What you will do

• Perform skilled SMT and microelectronics assembly for semiconductor systems and CCAs.
• Execute high-precision hand soldering and wire bonding within cleanroom and lab environments.
• Operate, clean, and calibrate specialized microelectronics assembly equipment.
• Document all technical work and progress using MS Office and internal policies.
• Support scientific experiments, testing, and process development initiatives.
• Mentor and train junior technicians to enable their professional progression.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.
• Degree from a two-year technical school (mandatory requirement).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor processing, advanced packaging, or production facilities.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience or current certification in J-STD-001, IPC-WHMA-A-620, and IPC-7711/7721.
