What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of AMS accounts.
• Onboard new customers and establish success criteria and communication cadences.
• Manage incidents and escalations through deep diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical outages to prevent repeat issues.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with the account team.
• Plan and support product upgrades and migrations to minimize customer disruption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico
• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure or network appliance technical support.
• Expertise in DNS, DHCP, IPAM, SNMP, and virtual machines.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English
