What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of assigned AMS accounts.
• Onboard new customers and establish success criteria, expectations, and communication cadences.
• Manage and resolve technical incidents, escalations, and provide detailed root cause analyses.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, case work, and prepare for customer reviews.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to resolve bugs and represent customer feature requests.
• Conduct periodic business reviews using analytics and insights to demonstrate customer value.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
• 5+ years of experience in a network infrastructure or network appliance technical support role.
• Expertise in DNS, DHCP, IPAM, SNMP, network monitoring tools, and virtual machines.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• English: Proficiency in written and verbal communication required.
