What you will do

• Identify and assess risks to platform integrity and combat abuse proactively.
• Develop technical detection and mitigation strategies to disrupt illicit operators.
• Investigate scams, fraud, and other illicit activities on the platform.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security and integrity goals.
• Conduct periodic reviews to support legal and compliance obligations.
• Execute enforcement measures while safeguarding customer privacy and avoiding overreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or 6+ years of experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, Python, ArcGIS, and/or statistical software (e.g., R).
• 4+ years of experience investigating or mitigating illicit operators, fraud, or cybersecurity threats.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Ability to work onsite in Bastrop, TX.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel up to 15% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, or vulnerability assessment.
• Proficiency in open-source intelligence (OSINT) data techniques.
• Familiarity with U.S. and international economic sanctions and export control laws.
• International professional exposure or experience working on global initiatives.
