What you will do

• Ensure successful daily operation, setup, and shutdown of humanoid robots at the customer site.
• Wear sensor equipment to collect high-quality motion data for AI model training.
• Identify, document, and escalate technical bugs and issues to engineering teams via Jira.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and support general site upkeep to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Fontana, CA
• Willing and able to travel throughout the US
• Excellent physical coordination, spatial awareness, and ability to stand for 8+ hours daily.
• Ability to physically manage humanoid hardware and master new physical tasks quickly.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with robots or troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
