• Convert complex research requirements into clear, actionable data specifications and labeling workflows.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data acquisition, ensuring high-quality datasets are delivered on schedule.
• Direct in-house and third-party labeling teams by setting guidelines and implementing robust QC processes.
• Continuously improve operational tooling and processes to scale data collection efforts.
• Support the hiring, training, and professional development of the growing labeling workforce.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with researchers to craft detailed project guidelines and airtight data processes.
• Strong communication skills for managing external vendors and aligning large labeling teams.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset with a first-principles approach to complex challenges.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth environment with a relentless work ethic.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
