What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and cloud-native services across the hirify.global platform.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing distributed systems with a focus on long-term maintainability.
• Address technical challenges related to scalability, availability, performance, and observability.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to deliver platform-aligned solutions.
• Contribute to system design, technical planning, and engineering best practices through code reviews and automation.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, technical debt, and system issues with strong ownership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Hands-on proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or Go.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience building production-grade services in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and monitoring/logging tools.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI and automation.
• Experience with developer platforms or large-scale cloud systems.
• Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and event-driven architectures.
