Salary: $128,470 – $192,710

What you will do

• Own troubleshooting, modification, and support of PLC-controlled manufacturing systems.
• Provide controls and electrical support for heat treat furnaces and induction systems.
• Lead integration of automation systems including robotics, vision systems, and material handling.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Design and integrate power and gas metering systems into manufacturing equipment.
• Support capital projects including furnace installations and automation upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science & Engineering required.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in East Peoria, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong experience with PLC, HMI/SCADA, and industrial automation.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex production system issues under pressure.
• Experience with data collection and visualization tools like Power BI.
