What you will do

• Oversee CASS operational, reporting, and control activities performed by BPO providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and challenge reconciliation outputs, exception management, and the safeguarding of physical assets.
• Maintain robust evidence of oversight and control validation for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Support regulatory reporting inputs and attestations within the CASS framework.
• Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of risks, issues, and control weaknesses.
• Support SMF16/24 accountabilities through evidenced oversight and timely escalation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CASS/client assets environment, reconciliations, and control frameworks.
• Experience in operations, controls, risk, or oversight within financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Confidence in challenging third-party outputs.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Bath, UK.
