What you will do

• Relocate to Poland for 3 months to analyze local operations and identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and evolve a legacy application built on WinForms 4.8.
• Design a comprehensive migration architecture to make the legacy system cloud-ready.
• Translate complex business operational workflows into automated technical solutions.
• Lead the integration of AI into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to boost productivity.
• Mentor the team and define the overall technical vision and system design.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Windows Forms (WinForms) development and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record in designing scalable architectures and legacy-to-modern migration strategies.
• Valid passport and full availability for a 3-month on-site assignment in Poland.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency (C1) for daily collaboration with international teams.
• Strong analytical skills to map business processes to code.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure and cloud-native architecture paradigms.
• Familiarity with Agentic SDLC and AI-driven development.
