What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and guide development teams to ensure scalable software delivery using DevOps best practices.
• Oversee implementation against architectural standards and designs, balancing engineering skills with technical direction.
• Maintain high-level engagement with product and architecture stakeholders.
• Participate in agile delivery cycles to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and analysts to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in complex technical development environments.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, and SCRUM processes.
• Expert knowledge of AWS (Lambda, ECS, Fargate, S3, Aurora RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Competence in Azure DevOps Pipelines, Docker, and Git.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Expertise in AWS monitoring and logging tools: Elastic Search, Kibana, and CloudWatch.
• Competence in AWS CloudTrail, JIRA, and Confluence.
