What you will do

• Create and maintain data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Analyze market trends and business data to identify process improvements and competitive insights.
• Execute test cases and manage defects to ensure high-quality data delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and provide documentation for project status and requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytical reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based on proximity to office locations.

Nice to have

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems.
• PMP certification.
