What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end enterprise report architectures using Power BI.
• Implement complex DAX measures and Power Query transformations, focusing on time intelligence and performance tuning.
• Write performance-optimized SQL queries involving window functions, CTEs, and complex joins.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge business requests and translate ambiguous needs into scalable KPIs.
• Manage workspace governance and Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure data integrity and access control.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (M transformations).
• Advanced SQL skills for working with large relational databases.
• English: B2 proficiency required.
• Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
• Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days per week in Porto).
