What you will do

• Prepare detailed project quotations and cost estimates.
• Design production routings within the SAP system.
• Develop comprehensive shop instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Communicate with end customers regarding sales engineering and process requirements.
• Champion quality standards and ensure rapid delivery of products.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced service center environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (mechanical preferred).
• Experience with high-energy rotating components (centrifuges, turbines, or gears).
• Ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing and assembly drawings.
• Understanding of management practices in an ISO 9000 engineering environment.
• Must be based in Saskatoon, SK, Canada.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Sales and marketing experience.
• Working knowledge of shop operations including machining, welding, and fabrication.
• Proficiency in ERP business systems and Microsoft Office.
