What you will do

• Establish and support the Internal Audit function under the 3 lines of defence model.
• Collaborate with Risk Management and Compliance to identify risks and create the Combined Assurance Coverage map.
• Execute end-to-end internal audits in accordance with IIA Standards, from planning to reporting.
• Draft impactful audit reports and provide risk-based recommendations to management and the board.
• Develop and monitor remediation plans to address control deficiencies.
• Provide independent assurance on controls addressing compliance risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in internal auditing, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Certification as an Internal Auditor by the IIA (preferred).
• Proficiency with audit management software and data analysis tools (CAATs).
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate risk management and governance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting complex information.
