What you will do

• Process invoices within the SAP system.
• Ensure and maintain the quality of the financial control environment by reviewing coding and authorizations.
• Monitor vendor account balances to ensure accounts remain in a credit status.
• Analyze posted invoices by preparing reports on actual costs versus budget.
• Maintain accurate records for management reporting.
• Handle queries from vendors and employees promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Relevant diploma or degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong accounting knowledge combined with reconciliation and analytic skills.
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and a driven, self-starter attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
