What you will do

• Design and implement intelligent test analysis systems to identify quality gaps and predict failure patterns.
• Architect testing solutions that collect and act on data to improve quality processes.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for automated failure analysis, root cause identification, and test flakiness scoring.
• Define architectural patterns to make testing more effective, maintainable, and impactful.
• Implement systematic regression tracking to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
• Collaborate with software and QA engineers to streamline workflows and enhance overall product quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Cambridge, UK.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with test architecture and automation systems design.
• 3+ years of programming experience with Python.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing solutions leveraging LLMs, agentic AI systems, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS.
• Working knowledge of C++.

Nice to have

• Certifications or training in AI/ML or AI testing (e.g., Coursera AI for Everyone, Google AI Engineer, ISTQB AI Testing Foundation).
• Experience with autonomous testing agents.
