What you will do

• Architect and design products across game engine, pipeline, DCC, and web tool domains.
• Act as a domain expert for technical feasibility and risk management.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to identify common technical needs and drive shared tool adoption.
• Perform technical due diligence and high-level project estimation for new initiatives.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to leads across the organization.
• Define engineering standards and evaluate new technologies, including AI solutions, to ensure platform efficiency.

Requirements

• Vast experience in AAA game development.
• Shipped multiple titles in lead or technical director roles.
• Experience creating and deploying centralized tools that improved development productivity.
• Strong understanding of architecture and design patterns across multiple domains.
• Ability to influence technical direction across independent studios without direct authority.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or relevant engineering field.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience building scalable AWS solutions in a leadership role.
• Experience integrating AI solutions and familiarity with multiple foundation models.
