Location: Hybrid/Remote in Toronto, Ontario

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Collaborate on the development and optimization of the USD pipeline for Houdini look development, lighting, and rendering.
• Define pipeline strategies and implement innovative solutions to keep the studio at the industry forefront.
• Maintain and extend software solutions for Shotgun automation, Deadline, and GitLab.
• Create and update pipeline tools to streamline artist workflows and enhance automation.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training materials for Junior Technical Directors.
• Collaborate with IT and interdisciplinary teams to resolve day-to-day production issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience developing for multiple USD pipelines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with ASWF Asset spec.
• Experience developing for Unreal Engine.
