What you will do

• Monitor security events for hirify.global PCMS customers and escalate critical incidents through approved paths.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to provide operational metrics and reporting from security platforms.
• Contribute to the improvement of monitoring and alerting configurations for customers.
• Ensure all operational tasks comply with the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Participate in mandatory annual network security training and support internal ISMS audits.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing large data sets.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically California for this role).
