What you will do

• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for ERP functional areas following corporate style guidelines.
• Design training courses and skill assessments to enhance product expertise for various learner personas.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for drafting, restructuring, and reviewing content while ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify user scenarios and close information gaps in documentation and training.
• Review UI labels and messages for consistency and accuracy across functional areas.
• Manage the rotating "Doc Watcher" role, triaging product changes and maintaining the team's working environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ottawa, ON, Canada
• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing or instructional design within the software industry (ERP experience preferred).
• Proven experience using AI-assisted writing, editing, or research tools for content development.
• English: C1 proficiency required for clear and concise professional communication
• Advanced proficiency with version control (Git), task management (Jira), and content tools (Oxygen XML, Snagit).
• Degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or Computer Science is preferred.
