What you will do

• Translate stakeholder objectives into structured UCP campaign configurations, including targeting, eligibility, timelines, and benefits.
• Coordinate with Creator Strategy, Community Developers, and E-sports teams to ensure alignment and execution of activations.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and creator participation to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain and document UCP processes, frameworks, and guidelines using JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate with creator support agents to address participant questions regarding campaigns and benefits.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, project management, or platform/product environments.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take end-to-end ownership of complex topics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge cross-functional partners.
