Product Manager (Retail)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Retail): Driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise products supporting retail store operations with an accent on inventory management, replenishment, and associate workflows. Focus on translating complex operational challenges into scalable technology solutions to improve store performance and the in-store customer experience.

Location: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Fully remote until 8/1/2027, after which relocation to Springfield, MO is required (relocation package provided).

What you will do

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications supporting retail store operations.
• Own products that improve inventory accuracy, replenishment, fulfillment, and associate productivity.
• Partner with Store Operations, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to prioritize product enhancements.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Define success metrics and analyze operational data to guide product decisions.
• Manage priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• 4+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in retail, inventory, or supply chain technology.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise products throughout the full lifecycle.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and driving cross-functional execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically supporting retail operations, merchandising, or distribution center workflows.
• Previous experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
