What you will do

• Prospect and cold call industrial tenants and decision-makers to generate new leasing opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of occupier clients through consistent outreach and meetings.
• Manage a disciplined weekly business development rhythm and maintain detailed pursuit databases.
• Lead the full cycle of real estate transactions, including property tours, proposals, and lease analysis.
• Analyze market-level data and availability to provide strategic client advisory.
• Collaborate with senior brokers on landlord leasing and investment sales pursuits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2–5 years of B2B sales, business development, or commercial real estate experience
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong prospecting instincts and ability to build relationships with tenants and owners
• Working knowledge of Excel and comfort with financial analysis
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Denver, CO
