Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Lead the creative development of apparel, bags, headwear, and footwear for major IPs like Jurassic World and Minions.
• Analyze and synthesize streetwear and luxury market trends to create innovative product concepts.
• Provide technical feedback to licensees on textiles, construction, and graphic placement.
• Manage daily creative workflows and review licensee submissions to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Legal, and Franchise teams to deliver competitive retail products.
• Expand and adapt style guides for complex garment and accessory constructions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of senior-level design experience in the fashion industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Deep understanding of Fashion Tech Packs and translating 2D graphics into 3D constructions.
• In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, washes, and embellishment techniques.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating sophisticated character-based IP design.
• Must be able to work from the office in Universal City, CA at least four days per week.
