What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure enterprise-grade AI agents.
• Architect the integration of AI agents with core enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, SCM, and WMS.
• Implement advanced agent functionalities such as sophisticated reasoning chains and multi-agent collaboration.
• Design A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate agent performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in advanced programming techniques and AI best practices.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate complex analytical approaches and new technologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (specifically associated with the Irvine, CA location).
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on production AI/ML systems.
• Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Vertex AI ADK, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex).
• Expert proficiency in Python and AI libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs for reasoning, planning, and function calling (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama).
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and API design (REST, gRPC).

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
• Experience building and maintaining RAG systems and working with vector databases.
