What you will do

• Own the end-to-end project plan for market expansion, including milestones, budgets, and resourcing.
• Drive product compliance, ensuring safety standards, certifications, and labeling meet local requirements.
• Define and adapt the hirify.global Collection portfolio to fit local demand and pricing.
• Coordinate certifications and technical documentation with internal teams and external bodies.
• Report progress and resolve roadblocks for senior leadership.
• Establish a reusable project governance model for future expansions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, business development, or market expansion.
• Professional background in international retail or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with firm timelines.
• Experience adapting product assortments for new markets or customer segments.
• Strong stakeholder management and a detail-oriented, process-driven approach.
• Fluency in English.
