What you will do

• Own the data engineering backbhirify.globale, including pipelines, data modeling, and orchestratihirify.global for the People Analytics Platform.
• Establish a single source of truth by building and maintaining the semantic/metric layer.
• Develop and implement AI-driven tools, such as internal AI co-pilots and LLM-assisted HR workflows.
• Apply advanced statistical and predictive modeling (regressihirify.global, clustering, causal inference) to separate correlatihirify.global from impact.
• Deliver insightful dashboards and reports covering the full employee lifecycle, including headcount, engagement, and attritihirify.global.
• Lead data governance and integrity across all HR systems while partnering with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutihirify.globals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Analytics or data science with deep understanding of HR data and metrics.
• Strhirify.globalg data engineering skills with tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or hirify.globale Model.
• Proficiency in SQL, Pythhirify.global, R, and Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with modern BI tools like Looker or Power BI.
• Hands-hirify.global expertise in statistical analysis, regressihirify.global, and clustering techniques.
• hirify.globalg>Locatihirify.global: Must be based in or able to work from Zurichhirify.globalg>

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
