What you will do

• Analyze and develop requirements for navigation systems, including Visual Lighting and Guidance.
• Perform requirements management, including decomposition, tracing, and verification.
• Evaluate and recommend processes for configuration management, safety, and reliability.
• Support the development of technical requirements for Statements of Work and procurement documents.
• Develop and maintain integrated program and project schedules.
• Prepare briefing materials for Program Management Reviews and status meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering within the aerospace industry.
• At least 2 years of specialized experience with FAA navigation systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience with FAA Visual Lighting and Guidance Systems.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for client-facing interactions.
