What you will do

• Contribute to the productization strategy, including characterization, qualification, and volume ramp-up plans.
• Execute and report on validation processes, including ESD, Latch-Up, and temperature characterization.
• Analyze initial production results and author Industrial Producibility Reports for stakeholders.
• Set and align datasheet and test limits to ensure operational performance.
• Build automated product engineering workflows through a combination of scripting, AI, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, quality, manufacturing, and product marketing.

Requirements

• MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering and/or Data Science/IT.
• Experience or strong interest in IC Development, Test, Product Engineering, or Semiconductor Quality Engineering.
• English: Good communication and reporting skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Nijmegen, Netherlands.
• Willingness to travel to NXP locations worldwide.
