What you will do

• Support new prototype launches and ongoing production engineering for EMEA customers.
• Resolve technical challenges regarding materials, manufacturability, and part design.
• Evaluate customer 3D CAD data, DFM, and RFQs to recommend required changes.
• Triage complex quote requests to ensure high-quality order intake based on manufacturing capabilities.
• Coordinate with technical operations, quality, and process engineering departments.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact and provide training to internal departments.

Requirements

• AAS/Technical Degree with applicable work experience.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, including strategy and surface finishing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of common manufacturing materials.
• Working knowledge of 3D Printing, Sheet Metal fabrication, and CAD/CAM.
• Fluent English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales engineering or pre-sales environments.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Hands-on experience in Quality Engineering or CNC programming.
• Experience in technical training or coaching.
